Reñe Hays Joins Colorado Access' Management Team

Reñe Hays, Director of Human Resources and the Corporate Compliance Officer

Colorado Access is pleased to announce the addition of Reñe Hays to their management team, where she will serve at the Director of Human Resources and the Corporate Compliance Officer.  Ms. Hays will succeed Gary Marx who has recently retired after nearly 10 years of service to Colorado Access.

Ms. Hays has over a decade of increasing levels of management responsibilities within Human Resources.  She received a BA degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing from Western State College of Colorado. She holds a number of

professional appointments and affiliations including a Professional, Academy for Healthcare Management designation and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management. Prior to joining Colorado Access, Reñe served as the Director of Front Range Administration and Human Resources for Rocky Mountain Health Plans.  In addition to her professional experience, Reñe served as a board member for the Mile High Medical Academy and currently volunteers her time for a number of charitable organizations.
