Who is eligible for CHP+?

Children must be age 18 and under, a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident for at least 5 years, and must not have any other health insurance. The family's income also must be within program limits.

*Please note that this is only a guideline and there is no guarantee ofeligibility until an application is completed and processed by the county or state.

*Some expenses such as childcare, medical costs, health insurance premiums and child support may be deducted from the gross income to qualify.
