What's New in Colorado Medicaid

As part of the State of Colorado's efforts to reform Medicaid, the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing will implement the Accountable Care Collaborative (ACC). ACC is a patient-centered approach to managing the care of Medicaid members.  The State has described the ACC initiative as an enhancement of Medicaid’s Primary Care Case Management program. The  goals of the program are to improve health outcomes and to control costs.
