Access Behavioral Care (ABC) ICD-10 Diagnosis Code Crosswalk - The Department of Healthcare Policy and Financing (HCPF) has created a crosswalk for converting covered diagnosis codes from ICD-9 to ICD-10. This list of codes is specific to ABC contracted providers, effective 10/1/2015, and will be required on all claims with a date-of-service 10/1/2015 and beyond. Attention Providers - New HCPF Coding Manual for August 1, 2016

The Department of Health Care Policy and Financing has released the 2015 Uniform Service Coding Standards Manual (USCSM). All providers must be in compliance with this revised manual for any dates of services as of August 1, 2016. Please note that the USCSM does not supersede your provider contract. ABC does not contract with every provider for all services listed in the USCSM. \n This email address is being protected from spambots.
